ACKC's Wine Bar is an integral part of our mission to spread the good word of chocolate. With the wine bar, we have a unique opportunity to combine the two passions and to elevate them both to a new level. The Wine Bar menu offers some suggested pairings of wine and chocolate to maximize the appreciation of both. In general, though, the idea behind pairing chocolate and wine is to have the two complement each other. Neither should overwhelm the other. The more full bodied the wine, the more flavorful should be the chocolate.
