With the wine bar, we have a unique opportunity to combine the two passions and to elevate them both to a new level. The seasonal wine bar menu offers terrific variety of sparkling, white, red, lambic ales and other fun and innovative libations. The staff is on hand to make suggestions on pairings of wine and chocolate to maximize the appreciation of both. Remember the rule of thumb is that chocolate and wine is to have the two complement each other. Neither should overwhelm the other.
